HYPNOSIS
Hypnosis is a state of highly-focused concentration, a mental state achieved through the use of specific relaxation and other techniques that are each customized for each client in order to quiet the critical mind and allow the client’s subconscious to receive positive suggestions for mental, emotional, and physical health, well-being, and optimal performance in life, at work, or in sports.
Hypnosis may help you overcome self-limiting beliefs, remove obstacles to your success, change stubborn unwanted behaviors, and achieve your goals more quickly and in a more lasting way.
Nutrition coaching
You’ll start by telling us all about yourself, including your goals, health challenges, and daily routine. From there, we’ll customize your entire program and we’ll start the 12-month coaching process using Precision Nutrition’s proven ProCoach platform.
Along with your nutrition habits, we’ll work together to create and practice healthy habits across every aspect of your life, from sleep and stress-management to movement and mindfulness.
Every day, you’ll get a lesson and a nutrition or lifestyle habit to practice. You can either read the daily lesson or listen to it like a podcast. We’ll practice a new nutrition habit every two weeks, with every lesson designed to help you get results.
